Place is awesome, green, acres of land, songs of birds and the rustle of the breeze is all that will disturb the silence. The log cabins gives a cosy homely feelings, and bare necesities. So if are looking for LCD tv, wifi, fridge, microwave, electricity to charge all your electronic paraphernalia ... better to stay in the city.
You need to bring your own foodstuff and use the kitchenette to cook meals yourselves or, get the cooks to do it for you. Plan well and take what you need, cause you aint going back for the extra beer in a hurry.
Got a wonderful host in Miranda, who is ery friendly and helpful, and so are the rest of the crew.
Place has a homely, comfy warm setting all over ,and you could request the fire place to make it warmer.. if you want. Have running hotwater, but use with case as its on solar.
Enironment is full of littl hidden gems, good for trekking, mountain biking.and justto enjoy the natural beauty of DR..
